Scroll down, and start with “The Lectures”, and, at a minimum, watch Pelvic Pressure Basics before beginning General Exercise Series 1. That ensures that you understand my lingo, and what we are working on!

Before you start the Pelvic Floor Series, I recommend you do the Pelvic Floor Muscle Self Exam (in lecture section), so you learn about what your body needs from these exercises.

In the “Introduction” Section, there are a few “recommended” paths of how you navigate this course.
