This course includes 2 Hours of “Bump Lab” teaching you ‘all the ways’ that your amazing body is changing, and how to modify activities (including exercise, eating and SEGGSY-TIME!) to adjust to these changes.

It also includes FOUR functional weight lifting workouts per trimester, guided by Dr. Chrissy & Dr. Kelly, and one specific Pelvic Floor Muscle Relaxation and Meditation per trimester, so that you can be your best self and stay strong AND supple as your pregnancy progresses!
