For this course, Dr. Kelly teams up with fellow Board Certified Specialist, and CrossFit Level 2 Coach, Dr. Chrissy, to teach you about how to get, or stay, weight lifting, during Your Rad Pregnancy!
Your Rad Pregnancy includes 2 Hours of “Bump Lab” teaching you ‘all the ways’ that your amazing body is changing, and how to modify activities (including exercise, eating and SEGGSY-TIME!) to adjust to these changes.
It also includes FOUR functional weight lifting workouts per trimester, guided by Dr. Chrissy & Dr. Kelly, and one specific Pelvic Floor Muscle Relaxation and Meditation per trimester, so that you can be your best self and stay strong AND supple as your pregnancy progresses!
Not with coughs, not with sneezes. Leaking pee is NEVER normal & can be fixed!!
