Here’s your basic introductory class in pushing positions, and how they can be useful in a standard progression of labor and delivery. There is a cheat-sheet attached afterwards with position recommendations.

Different lessons cover modifications that might be required if there are ‘unexpected’ situations, like disc herniations, stenosis, or if you have hardware in your legs, as well as birth partner counter pressure tips, although I try to include that here, as well!
