Perineal Relaxation Techniques

Perineal Relaxation Techniques are very important. They are mentioned in nearly every topic of this Push-Prep Course, and are especially important if you have a history of pelvic pain, leakage, or anxiety.

Watch the following video, and remember that sounds like TSS, GRR, SSS, and GGG, done with a deep, open throat, also help to relax the pelvic floor, which can help with transition, as well as when it’s time for the uterus to push the baby out.

Enjoy the video, try to practice at least 5 minutes of these (preferably 10-15 minutes) daily in the month leading up to your estimated due date!
